Our mission is to house, support and advocate for people experiencing homelessness.
Over 200,000 children in the state of Minnesota live in food insecurity and do not always know if they will receive their next meal. The Sheridan Story’s purpose is to respond to this need by closing the weekend food gap between Friday and Monday, when children are not able to participate in the free or reduced meal programs at school.
Collecting, sorting, and distributing clothing, food, or furniture to people in need in the metro area.
Mount Olivet’s Mental Health Task Force is comprised of 20 health care professionals and lay people to encourage and provide education that raises awareness and reduces the stigma associated with mental health issues through collaboration within the congregation and within the greater faith community.
